Alright ladies, this post is for my fellow Hairstylist & Maskcara Beauties! This is something we threw together today to better help in our highlight and contour classes (HAC). After making this the only thing I would change is apply a LIGHT amount onto the sheet protectors. A thin coat allows to blend with the skin more. (think how you would first apply it to a client to match colors.) Hopefully it all makes sense!
I only had four but the Maskcara Makeup comes with 6 if you have all those (or any makeup). I took the applicator brush and applied (more than I should have not that I have used it-BUT it still works however, would work best lighter stroke) the makeup to the Laminated Pouch.
Once you have applied it, peel the paper back and slowly push the bubbles out the smooth it down. This was the part that made lots of finger prints and air bubbles if done in a hurry!
So above, if you see on the outer edges of the swatch it is a lot thinner and “blends more in the skin.” This is the color I use every day and love it! But I applied a few “layers” of the swatch to make sure it showed up. This made it too thick and not at all how much I would apply to my face so ONE stroke is PERFECT for matching!
Pretty self explanatory but if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask! Also for those completely thrown off by what the heck HAC even is head over to A MUST HAVE MAKEUP PALETTE FOR MOMS IN 2017 and check out the makeup that is changing how moms are making their morning a little more simpler now with a 5 minute face!
What is your favorite Maskcara product? Mine is for sure the 30 Second HAC brush and The Beauty Perfecter Blender!
Once again, thank you so much for stopping by and hearing my little rants like the other day when I talked about Motherhood + 5 things I am doing this year. Come follow more of our adventures through the links below!
