Hey friends! I am so excited to share this simple recipe finally! I don’t share recipes too much because honestly, I forget to write down what I do as I make dinner! But this recipes is so easy to do I promise! I made this a few months back and had people ask me what I seasoned the potatoes with. Since that post I have changed the seasoning and it happened by accident! But I think it was a great side to dinner to start off Fall! Go check it out!
I am going to try and share a few fall favorites more and more this next month. Especially as it gets colder faster. I don’t want to leave the house as much so finding new recipes will be my goal!
The Best Roasted Garlic & Herb Potatoes
Ingredients: (serves 6)
- 30 small red and yellow potatoes, diced
- 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
- Roasted Garlic & herb Seasoning
Step #1: Wash potatoes and decide how many you will be making. We did about 30 small potatoes before cutting. I just get the bag of small potatoes from Costco.
Step #2: Once you are done washing, cut each in halves and then half again.
Step #3: In a bowl pour McCormick’s Roasted Garlic & Herb and about Tablespoons of Oil. I really didn’t measure the seasoning but I did enough to coat how much I cut in potatoes.
Step #4: Mix together with a fork and place potatoes on a pan and cook for 35 minutes at 380 degrees. I just throw them in for 35 minutes usually and I am almost positive the set time of degrees always change just a little Ha.
We loved this recipe so much my husband was eating these in handfuls before dinner was even started! It was like “eating candy” to him! So I guess this was a win four our little family. Try this and tell me what you think! Side note: the more spice you add the more kick it had and added more spice.
Thanks so much for visiting! See you guys soon! 😀
