The Best Stocking Stuffers For Toddlers
Ok I know, it is a little early for Christmas posts….But like you read in my post How to Prepare for Christmas you know I am getting so excited for the kids to experience more traditions. With Christmas is right around the corner I have to start making stocking stuffers for the kids. I find it always easier to begin thinking of Christmas presents around the end of summer. But life gets busy and you forget! So here is the list of things I know my toddlers love and we have been planning for their stockings. Maybe yours will enjoy it too?
Either way I was asked what I was planning for my kiddos and here it is. Stockings for littles are so hard to figure out because they are so busy and just want to play and make messes or break things. haha. My kids love books so that is always a win for us here. Then they love the individual things I listed. I thought it would be fun to get little night gowns this year for the girls and maybe a matching button up and pants for my little guy. (Can you ever go overboard with matching the kids…?)
Here is our stocking stuffers for the kids.
Ok the two things I am most excited about are the bob books and the nightgowns. I love old fashion night gowns for little girls! Especially when it looks semi vintage at the same time. Some of my favorite nightgowns are from Rose and Ruffles shop on Etsy. I want my mom to draw up a pattern though because she is amazing at that as you probably noticed the princess dresses she handmade in this post. They are similar to the one above (which I want to just get that red one since my son has the pants and long sleeve plaid version!)
But this post is pretty short this time around. It was thrown together really fast since I was asked about stocking stuffers the other day! I wanted to throw a few ideas for those still struggling trying to figure out there toddlers stockings. I hope this gave you an idea for your littles.
I am all about staying within a budget when it comes to Christmas. We also ALWAYS make homemade gifts together and have our own little family time. It is going to be more fun this year to watch the kids pick what homemade gift they want to make(have a few ideas of homemade gifts to make and lay them out for the kids to pick from and help them make a present for one another of for dad!). It is my all time favorite about Christmas, watching them create and give to someone else, especially in the family. They have never been old enough to really understand it until this year. Is it bad we have a countdown until Santa comes?
I hope you had a great weekend lovelies and like always thank you so much for stopping by and reading. It means the world to me and I have loved connecting with so many of you lately!
